Soulvisions ist die Fortsetzung des Projektes "Marcus Matthews - All I want", welches im April 1999 seinen Anfang und im September 2001 mit dem Einsturz des World Trade Centers sein vorläufiges Ende nehmen sollte.
Mit neuen Eigenkompositionen und Covers von Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers, George Benson, Peter Green oder Al Jarreau will Marcus Matthews in Sachen Soul-Funk-Blues-Latin wieder durchstarten.
